Being a 2 nd generation HR practitioner, Farid is a graduate from the University of Houston @ Texas, United States in Operations Management. He started his career by working as a financial analyst and later as Manager International Projects for an Investment Firm based in the USA, while managing a portfolio of approximate US$ 10 Million.

Farid is also an entrepreneur where he set up a state-of-the-art hosiery manufacturing unit, as a contract manufacturing (CMT) unit for the world’s largest sports socks manufacturer. With 16+ years of hands on experience, Farid has also managed investments & business units in Malaysia. He has also been working at Senior Management level positions with large scale organizations like Etisalat, Amreli Steels & Masood Textiles based in various cities of Pakistan. Farid has set up HR Departments from scratch with these companies and has effectively executed Change Management Programs (CMP). The success of his CMP programs has been through enabling existing people to perform at higher levels of greatness by establishing trust, motivation, trainings, and honest communication complemented by an agile feedback system.
